How do I book a trip on your website?

You can book a trip by browsing our destinations, selecting your preferred package, and clicking “Book Now.” You’ll be guided through a secure booking process.

What is included in the travel package?

Each package includes accommodations, guided tours, transportation between locations, and some meals. Specific inclusions are listed on the package details page.

Can I customize my itinerary?

Yes! We offer customizable travel plans. Just reach out to our support team or use the “Customize This Trip” option on the tour page.

Do I need travel insurance?

While not mandatory, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected delays, cancellations, or medical emergencies.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30 days before departure are fully refundable. Closer to the trip, cancellation fees may apply. Check our full policy on the booking page.

Are flights included in the package price?

Flights are not always included unless stated. You can choose to book your own or add flights during checkout for an all-in-one experience.
